One-of-a-kind Products:

All our marble products are hand crafted, all our ceramics are hand painted, and all our bronze products are casted, and hand finished by our skilled artisans. Given the handmade and hand-finished nature of our products, each product is unique and no two are exactly alike.

Since natural stones is our primary ingredient for our stone creations, each slab has its own unique color and veining. No two slabs of marble will appear the same even if they are of the same type. Variations are to be expected and celebrated.

We are a custom company meaning that each custom product is made to your specifications. Sometimes the shape of the product might need to be modified to accommodate your specifications. Dimensions of products may also vary slightly due to rounding of the figures.

Due to variations in color, finishing and the shape of our products, the images on our website may vary from your actual piece. This is the very nature of custom handmade products making your product your own unique personal piece of luxury.

 

Quotations:

Quotations do NOT include shipping fees since shipping fees are calculated by our freight carriers based on the final size and weight of the packaged products. Shipping fees will be calculated and submitted to customer prior to shipment of the goods. Customer is responsible for shipping chargesand these must be paid in fullprior to shipment of the good.

 

Payment:

  • Custom orders:

Once customer signs the purchase agreement and proceeds to placing their order where goods are made to their specifications, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted purchase price will be required with the purchase order. Upon receiving the deposit, order will be submitted for production.

When production is finished, Image(s) of the finished product(s) will be provided to the customer prior to packaging. Once the goods are packaged, customer will be provided with shipping fees provided to us by our carriers.

The remaining 50% of the quoted price along with shipping feesmust be paid in full prior to shipment of the goods.

  • Non-custom orders:

This will be for all our home décor products. The full amount of quoted purchase price along with shipping fees and sales tax must be paid in full prior to the shipment of goods.

Return and cancellation policy:

  • Custom Orders:

Upon placement of your custom order a non-refundable 50% deposit will be collected. Upon receiving the deposit your item(s) will be submitted for production to your specifications. The remaining 50% along with the shipping fees will be charged when your order ships. If you choose to cancel/return your custom order item(s) prior to shipping, your 50% deposit will NOT be refunded. Once your custom order(s) ships and/or is delivered, returns or exchanges or cancellations due to any reason cannot be accepted.

  • Non-custom orders:

This will be for our home décor products. The full amount of quoted purchase price along with tax and shipping cost must be paid in full prior to the shipment of the goods. If customer chooses to cancel their order prior to shipment, a full refund of payment will be issued.

Once the item ships/delivers, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to contact us to return or exchange your item(s). Returns or exchanges past 14 days of delivery of the goods are not accepted.Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and will also be charged a restocking fee.

Upon return, your item(s) and the packaging will be inspected. Returned items(s) must be in original packaging and unused. Exchanges or refunds will be issued for the purchase price and sales tax will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of transit damage to the product. Elite’s Gallery reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

 

Damage in Transit:

Customers must inspect their order at the time of delivery for damage. In the unlikely event that the goods were delivered damaged or broken the Customer must inform Elite’s Gallery and the shipping company immediately. The Customer must retain all packing materials should these be required for damage inspection. Photograph of the damaged items and packaging especially if the packaging shows signs of external damage is crucial. We insure all our shipments and goods damaged or broken in transit will be replaced or repaired, at the discretion of the Insurers appointed agent.
